The Board of Sarawak Plantation Berhad ("the Company") is pleased to announce that:

(a) the AGM of the Company will be held at Damai Puri Resort and SPA Teluk Penyuk Santubong Kuching Sarawak on Wednesday 18th June 2008 at 2 pm; and

(b) a final dividend of 7.20 sen per share less 26% income tax in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2007 will be paid on 28 July 2008 to depositors whose names appear in the Record of Depositors on 2 July 2008.
