The Board of Directors of Sarawak Plantation Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce that it intends to seek the approval of its shareholders to amend the Articles of Association of the Company to facilitate payment of dividend through the electronic payment system of the Banks at its forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
