Reference is made to the announcement on 25 May 2012 titled "Quarterly Report on Consolidated Results for the Financial Period Ended 31.03.2012".

Sarawak Plantation Berhad wishes to announce that the application by its subsidiary, SPB Pelita Suai Sdn. Bhd., for interim orders was dismissed.

The Judge fixed the suit for case management on 20.07.2012.

In the meantime, counsel for SPB Pelita Suai Sdn. Bhd. is waiting for the written decision to advise on the next course of action.
