Further to the announcement made on 30 January 2015,  Sarawak Plantation Berhad (SPB) wishes to announce that SPS Trading Sdn. Bhd. (SPSTSB) (Company No. 317552-M), a wholly owned subsidiary of Sarawak Plantation Services Sdn. Bhd., a subsidiary of SPB, had held its final meeting for members' voluntary winding up on 10 April 2015.

The Return by Liquidator Relating to Final Meeting was lodged on 13 April 2015 with the Companies Commission of Malaysia and Official Receiver and on the expiration of 3 months from the said lodgement date, SPSTSB will be fully dissolved.
