Futher to the announcement made on 30 January 2015, Sarawak Plantation Berhad (SPB) wishes to announce that Lionsun Timber Sdn. Bhd. (LTSB) (Company No. 280426-X), a wholly owned subsidiary of SPB, had held its final meeting for members' voluntary winding up on 10 April 2015.

The Return by Liquidator Relating to Final Meeting was lodged on 13 April 2015 with the Companies Commission of Malaysia and Official Receiver and on the expiration of 3 months after the said lodgement date, LTSB will be fully dissolved.
