Further to the announcement made on 26 February 2015, Sarawak Plantation Brhad (SPB) wishes to announce that SPB Pelita Mukah Sdn. Bhd. (SPMSB) (Company No. 836416-U, a subsidiary of SPB,  had held its final meeting for members' voluntary winding up on 6 May 2015.

The Return by Liquidator Relating to Final Meeting was lodged on 7 May 2015 with the Companies Commission of Malaysia and Official Receiver and on the expiration of 3 months from the said lodgement date, SPMSB will be fully dissolved.
