Bhd., has on 1 September 2016 entered into 2 Sale and Purchase Agreements to purchase 2 parcels of lands together with oil palm plantations existing thereon from Magna Wide Sdn. Bhd. and Magna Wide Enterprise Sdn. Bhd. respectively for a total cash consideration of RM76,000,000-00. For further details, please refer to the attachment.
