The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company had on 30 January 2018 received notification from its Shareholder and Director, Datuk Amar Abdul Hamed Sepawi, who is also a Substantial Shareholder and Director of CCSB, that CCSB had on 11 January 2018 entered into a Conditional Share Sale Agreement with Ta Ann Holdings Berhad to dispose 84,968,024 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 30.39% equity interest in the Company for a total cash consideration of RM169,936,048.

This announcement is made pursuant to Para 14.09 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
