With reference to the earlier announcements made on 30 January 2018 and 28 March 2018 on the above subject matter, the Board of Directors of Sarawak Plantation Berhad of the Company wishes to inform that it had on 2 April 2018 received notification from its Shareholder and Director, Datuk Amar Abdul Hamed, who is also a Substantial Shareholder and Director of CCSB, that  the purchase of 84,968,024 ordinary shares in the Company by Ta Ann Holdings Berhad is now completed.

This announcement is made pursuant to Chapter 14 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
