Further to the announcement made on 27 May 2020 on extension of time to hold its 23rd Annual General Meeting, the Board of Directors of Sarawak Plantation Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce that the existing shareholders' mandate for RRPT and the authority for the purchase of own shares by the Company approved by the Shareholders on 23 May 2019 at the 22nd Annual General Meeting will expire on 30 June 2020.
A new shareholders' mandate for RRPT and authority to purchase own shares by the Company will be obtained at the 23rd Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held at a later date.
