The Board of Directors of Sarawak Plantation Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce that it had applied and had been granted extension of time up to 28 September 2020 to hold its 23rd Annual General Meeting by the Companies Commission of Malaysia.

The Company will determine the appropriate date to hold its 23rd Annual General Meeting and then make the necessary announcement on the issuance of its Annual Report 2019 and the Notice of Annual General Meeting in due course.
