(A) Proposed Renewal Of Existing Shareholders' Mandate And Proposed New Shareholders' Mandate For Recurrent Related Party Transactions (RRPT) Of A Revenue Or Trading Nature; And (B) Proposed Renewal Of Authority To Purchase Own Shares.

The Board of Directors of Sarawak Plantation Berhad wishes to announce that it intends to seek the approval of its Shareholders on the 2 proposals described above at its forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
