Corporate Legal & Secretarial Manager
Joined SPB in 2000. Over 20 years
of experience in the legal and company
secretarial fields.
Hj Johan bin Mohamad Radin
Senior Engineering Manager
Joined SLDB in 1994 (before
privatisation). Over 20 years of experience
in palm oil milling. He holds a First Grade
Steam Engineer Certificate.
Koay Bee Eng
Chief Financial Officer
Joined SPB in 2007. 20 years of experience in
the accounting, finance and auditing fields.
She is a member of the Malaysian Institute of
Accountants and the Malaysian Institute of
Certified Public Accountants.
Radzi bin Saad
Head of Human Resource & Administration
Joined SPB in 2012. Over 30 years of
experience in plantation management in
established plantation companies and has
vast knowledge of Human Resource and
Administration matters.

consultation and insurance fields.
