Directors’ Report
for the financial year ended 31 December 2014
The Directors have pleasure in submitting their report and the audited financial statements of the Group and of
the Company for the financial year ended 31 December 2014.
Principal activities
The Company is principally engaged in investment holding while the principal activities of the subsidiaries are
stated in Note 5 to the financial statements. There has been no significant change in the nature of these
activities during the financial year.

Dividends
Since the end of the previous financial year, the Company paid:
i) a second interim single-tier exempt dividend of 4 sen per ordinary share of RM1.00 each totalling
RM11,182,556 in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2013 on 27 March 2014; and
ii) a first interim single-tier exempt dividend of 6 sen per ordinary share of RM1.00 each totalling RM16,773,834
in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2014 on 8 October 2014.
The Company declared a second interim single-tier exempt dividend of 3 sen per ordinary share of RM1.00
each totalling RM8,386,917 in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2014 on 24 February 2015.
The dividend was paid on 9 April 2015.
The Directors do not recommend any final dividend to be paid for the financial year under review.
Reserves and provisions
There was no material transfer to or from reserves and provisions during the financial year under review.
