Size and Status of Land Bank
Our total land bank as at 31 December 2014 stood at
41,403 hectares (“ha”) (inclusive of 2,128 ha (gross)
under the Native Customary Rights (NCR) joint
venture), 33,086 ha are planted with oil palm of
which 1,855 ha are under the NCR joint venture.
Out of 33,086 ha planted with oil palm, 22.7% is
immature field, 21.8% is 3 to 10 years old, 21.8%
is 11 to 15 years old, 20.9% is 16 to 20 years
old and 12.8% is over 20 years old.
